We will make adorable pouches\, an easy project designed specifically for learning stranded colorwork. \nYou’ll learn: \n\nHow to hold and tension yarn and project when using two colors\nHow to follow a colorwork chart (used more commonly than written instructions)\nWhy and when to hold one color under the other to enhance readability of design motifs\n\nCLASS LEVEL: Intermediate: \nPrior knowledge of knitting in the round is required\, as all stranded colorwork is knitted in the round and there won’t be time during our session to cover these basics. However\, as long as you can knit in the round\, new knitters are very welcome and you don’t need any additional skills to be able to begin colorwork. \nMaterials & Tools: \nPlease have the following materials and tools ready when you sign in for class: \n\nWorsted weight yarn in 2 contrasting colors:\n\nYarn for Color A | Approx. 200 yds*\nYarn for Color B | Approx. 200 yds*\n\n\nSize 7 US cable needles or double-pointed needles\n2 unique stitchmarkers
